GLBT Cultural Sensitivity Training for Healthcare Providers and Staff

Rita Lee, M.D., Assistant Professor of General Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado Denver, and Mark Groshek, M.D., Pediatrician at Kaiser Permanente and Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado Denver, will facilitate an in-depth workshop on specific needs, issues, and concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender patients.
The workshop is appropriate for any individual who works in a medical setting, including doctors, nurses, PAs, and administrative staff. The training will not cover issues pertaining to mental health and psychological services.
